About Me:
I have a varied experience from initial attack on a singe family structure to a/o on muti agency responces. I was recently selected for a firefighter position at umcd. Before that I was a toxic materials/explosives handler for the dod. Yeah it was wmd. You can say I don't like dull jobs! I have two boys 3&6. My wife was a firefighter (thats how we met) still trying to get her in the saddle again. I enjoy hunting, fly fishin, the outdoors, camping, rock hounding, shooting, and reading.

    Daniel, go back to the blog on the station nightclub. On that I have a link for the video. Ensure your sound it on. When the fire starts, a timer appears, and you will get a true timeline of the ferocity of the fire. The West Warwick FD is less than 2 minutes away and is fully staffed by paid firefighters. (its about 1/8th a mile) If you need any further information, contact me, I have done some intense studies on the fire through my fire marshal class in Rhode Island post station fire.

    and for the record, NFPA did testing on the scenerio and found that when they replicated the same materials, with the same sizes that 2 sprinkler heads over the stage would have saved everyones life, and caused only minor smoke damage. Viva code enforcement.
