A reported house fire on a weekday afternoon - What will be YOUR alarm assignment and YOUR staffing?
What type of initial size-up report would you expect?
Suppose you were the first arriving chief officer, or the company officer directed to take command (or however your SOPs dictate) - What would be your communication (questions, directions) based on what you see?
This actual assignment initially started with four engine companies, three truck companies (one working as the Rapid Intervention Company) and additional staff and support officers, including EMS. What additional companies would you request, if any?

First description of the scene would be like this :
Dweeling building in bricks and vinyl 2 stories flame and smoke in sight in the attic.
My service would send 2 engines and 1 ladder truck and would go on the scene on the first alarm and it I would probably move it up to a 3rd alarm for the staff and have a rescue truck for furthermore tools and gears for my guys. 3rd alarm at my fire department we would be 20 men present for this intervention
