Presentation at OWU / Public Safety Diving Fatalities, Lessons Learned Since 1960

During the Our World Underwater conference, I will present a program on "Public Safety Diving Fatalities, Lessons Learned Since 1960."

The facts I will present are derived from research that began in 1994 when I was assigned to the State of Florida, Division of Safety, Public Safety Diving Task Force. Over the last 16 years I have gathered more data in an effort to keep public safety divers safe. On Friday, February 19th I will share the lessons learned from the public safety diving fatalities that have occurred in North America since 1960.
