hey what kind of workouts do you guys and galls all do?

I run and shit but i work alot where i do alot of heavy liftin.

in DE we do more hose work and some truck company , smoke house and yes we are the hose bitches lol
i basicaly do weight room at school with my friends then all the training we do on the dept.
howdy,i'm eric i am 16years old 5'6" and wiegh 167lbs. i'm kinda new at the fire srvice thing, but working out has been a passion since 7th grade. personaly i wake up every morning at 6,go running for half an hour,come home do my own work out of 100 push ups 150 sit ups 60 dips 20 vert. push ups and wall sits for 5-10 min. i also lift on my own 6-7 days a week and competitively. my regular reps are as followed 210 bench press,375 leg press/and squats, i use 90's for my dumb bell press. in addition to competitive lifting i am wrestler and a drummer. :-D
I Usually start my work out with Cardio, a good 40 min running on the tread mill, then I move on to lower body muscle building on the leg press, and start to move up to the abs, shoulders, biceps. I am currently bench pressing 230Lbs, and the most I can do and hold on the leg press is any where between 630 and 650Lbs. I also do some dead lifts.
Well im on track so i run and stuff. but i also lift and things.
i dawn my full wildland gear (45 lb. pack, 10lb. web belt) and go hiking and cut fire lines. or set up manipulative skills and dawn full structure gear (bunker gear, scba, mask) and try to get around a minute.
