Yeah, I do reports and it gets annoying because only certain actions will work with certain incident types and it changes yearly.

i have a hard time get help for the support, I'm trying to get so help on the risk management module,

on the business section where you do building analysis i would like to see an example of what goes in the drop down boxes. fireprograms could not help

I may be doing some reports this afternoon I will get back with you. I don't believe I have ever been in the risk management module, but I have done it so much I just go on auto pilot when I do it.
