Today while traveling in Warwick- Rhode Island, I saw another example of how the fire industry and the firefighters of America are extremely special. There was a Truck company and an Engine Company standing in the road and working the enterance/exit to the Olive Garden parking Lot. It truely goes to show the dedication of the members of the fire department to try and achieve a goal outside of the fire service. I was going to get some digital photo's of them in action for the boot drive, but they got a run before I was able to. They deserve a lot of credit as do the rest of the firefighters worldwide whom participate in national charity events, and local charity events. Doing community service outside of your house shows the charector of who you are, and makes the community see their assets used to help more people.
