Fire Rescue Magazine - How do I change my address for my subscription?

Hey everyone, I recently moved and need to change my address for my Fire Rescue subscription.  I have looked all over the website and can't find where to do it or a customer service phone number.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
