Are there any OSHA or NFPA guidelines as to how many members are to be on a single piece of apparatus when responding to a Call?

Actually I'm pretty sure its 4 for an engine. However, it does not necessarily matter how many people are on the rig to roll it, as long as there are at least 4 on scene in order to make entry.
