Functionally it's like manifold or portable hydrant, I guess, because it is used for connecting fire-hoses and can be used like water thief (and I don't understand what is Dikfer))))

controlled dividing breach, you can run 1 hose to it an 3 off that but you can conttol how much water you let though each link, you can also get uncontrolled dividing breaches which dont have the little taps
