Michigan Fire Engine Overturns, Slides After Hitting Ice During Response

CLAY TOWNSHIP, Mich. - A Clay Township fire truck was involved in a Friday morning accident while responding to an emergency call.


It happened around 8 a.m. on Holland Road.

Investigators say the rig hit an icy patch of road when it lost control and flipped over.

Nobody was hurt.

Clay Township officials say another fire truck quickly responded to the original emergency call.

WOW! Im very glad no one was hurt.It can and does happen to everyone.
I hope you're wrong, that this doesn't happen to everyone... We'll be out quite a few rigs too fast... LOL
