If you have one, what kind do you have?

I have a Minitor V and it works great!

Also wondering, how many other companies trust Jrs/explorers with pagers?

Minitor V. I don't put mine in the charger because none of the chargers I've seen are very good. I just switch out batteries. Minitor IV were the best. Juniors are allowed to carry pagers, following strict rules.
Minitor V with stored voice which is good and bad for a variety of reasons. The playback is nice. The static between the tones and voice message is irritating. It's in for repair right now. I lost the knob to the channel selector. I also will not charge it in the charger. I have two batteries which I swich back and forth. Jr. Firefighters are given old Minitor II's which honestly, probably, are more reliable than most of the III's and IV's that we have.
I have the one that has beeps that wake me up in the middle of the night.
I have my pager on 24/7 it is on my side at all time during the day and at night it is right next to my bed where the pillow is
We don't use Pagers. Some of us carry Hand Held radios.Ours is a Vertex. We're volunteers so we just have the normal scanner that we listen to.
