I've Moved On

I hope everyone has a great holiday season celebrated as you see fit.

Just to let you know; I have moved on with my discussions and blogs. I am not doing it here anymore. I will leave all of my old stuff, but will not be adding new content. And just so you know; I have NEVER been an employee of this website or any of its affiliates. I was simply one of you, who was a little more "active", shall we say.

So; I am going to take my helmet of the color of my choice, my 500 fpm Laser light with the blue lens in my POV, chevron stripes on the back, leather boots, light on because I'm afraid of the dark, playing word association with my passenger while describing my worst call and get on down the road.

I for one will miss you and your outlook on the fire service. I hope that at some time you decide to come back, it's always nice to have the views of an experienced firefighter on this site. Take care and stay safe brother, Also I wish you and yours a very happy and blessed holiday season.

You have posted many thought provoking items over the years. They received lots of discussion from those who agreed and those who did not agree with your views.
Most importantly most of what you posted helped the people in this business think about safety and how we deliver services to the public effectively and efficiently.

A move thats long overdue. Why continue to post content that draws hits when all you receive is criticism and absolutely no appreciation. Tried to keep the site as a foundation element of education with a small amount of free will and it runs off with the likes of trash posts that completely take over forums.
I wish you well Art. I will also find you on facebook as I do value your experience and sense of whit. If only I can find Ben's overhaul thong we can make a PPV attack on the hay-bale bleve
