Icy roadways hit RI Major MVA's
Early morning commute causes over 45 car crashes in RI and Ma. Icy roads are the cause. I think it is poor planing!

Reason I was saying poor planning is do to the fact that the news said that there would be wet roads, then it would ice up. Don't you think they would have put down some sand. As far as EMS went we did great in the poor conditions. I was just saying poor planning on the state's part for not sending out the DEM to sand.
