Echoes of the Past - I-75 Disaster Story
I was the Incident Commander of this incident - one of the worst traffic accidents in the history of the United States. I was honored to work with a huge number of true heros from over 150 agencies who responded from 9 different counties in 2 different states.
Many people owe their lives to the Fire, Rescue, EMS, and Law Enforcement personnel who respoinded and who did such excellent, skilled work in such dangerous and difficult conditions.
I am still proud of each and every one of you!

Ben we had a similar accident here.Not in our area but I knew one of the FF's that responded as I was camping with him that weekend and to this day when I think of this accident it makes my hair stand on the back of my neck when we heard his story when he returned.
