Two Columbia, SC Firefighters Serioiusly Injured - possible LODD

It has been reported by Columbia's newspaper, The State, that two Columbia firefighters were seriously injured when they were struck by a vehicle while fighting a brush fire along Interstate 20 earlier today.

 

Unconfirmed reports say that one of the firefighters may now be a LODD.  More information will be posted when it is available.\

 

Update: Statter911 is now reporting one firefighter LODD and one critical from this incident.

My condolences to the Columbia FD - they have a very good department and I have many friends among them.
