So a lot of activity has been going on FFN for the past few weeks, our most successful month ever and some of our busiest days ever with thousands of users browsing each day. But there are a lot of lurkers who haven't joined -- and a lot of members who haven't invited any other members :)

So ... instead of me sending yet another e-mail message out encouraging you to tell all your firehouse, rescue squad, EMS and first responder buddies about FFN -- here's a place where you can BRAG about everyone you've told! :)

Take a few minutes to use the invite tools to send a personal invitation to EVERY responder you know demanding that they join FFN today! Follow up with an e-mail to them directly reminding them! Or post a message on your MySpace, Share a link on Facebook ... send a mass email to your entire address book in Outlook! We're rising fast to 20,000 members and 25,000 will soon follow.

Once you've done it ... just post a message with your username and what you've done to help the FFN community grow!

And as usual, make sure they put your e-mail addy or username in the 'referred by' and the person who refers the most each month gets a gift certification to shop on Firefighter.com!

Thanks everyone for continuing to support FFN! We've grown by leaps and bounds the last few months and we need to keep it going!

Thanks
Dave / WebChief

Hey, I plug the nation quite a bit. I even went on the other day at the firehouse to show my training officer the site and it's benefits.
God bless everyone in firefighter nation.
hello ffn friends i havent been a member long but the time i have its been interesting. There are alot of good stories on here from firefighters and emts and paramedics. There are alot of sad ones to but thats part of being a firefighter. Like john travolta said in Ladder 49 u moarn the ones you lost but you get back on that truck and do your job and remember the ones that passed away. Ive been a firefighter supporter for years i was married to a firefighter and i loved it. This site is awsome and for those people that dont know about it i wish they would check it out. I want to say thank you to those that risk there lifes to help save lifes.
THANK YOU ALL
MARIA
It would for sure be a big loss to cut this site, it's a great way to meet new people who are in the same field as you, and to express sertain feelings that other departments are feeling
KEEP THE SITE!!
Just to be clear...we are keeping the site...lol...not sure where not came into play :)
Can I get a patch from your dept for a 9/11 Memorial? Mitch
