Fire Fighter Helmet Survey

To whom it may concern,

I am a student at the University of Cincinnati, and am involved in a project to analyze and redesign the standard firefighter helmet. 

Below is a survey with a few simple questions concerning your experience with using a fire helmet.

Biggest tip... develop a better suspension system for it to sit on the head. Those darned head straps can dig in quite easily and make the helmet feel like it weighs 20 lbs.
