Why do People think FireFighters are Rednecks in the South

just wondering why because that stereotype thing got me wondering so anybody got any ideas i wont take offense to any of them there ansewers yall might give to me hahahaha jk lol

Joyce, I from Va. So I guess they call me redneck or hillbilly. I don't worry about. when they need the wet stuff on the hot stuff they don't care what you are. I'm proud about where I come from. Seems to me just about eery one up north call people from the south,dumb hillbilly or rednecks. as far as stereotype thing goes. I guess they do.
