So in order for me to have a chance as a firefighter i need to lose quite a bit of weight. I'm hoping you all could offer me some tips, ideas, work outs, etc on what i should be doing? and eating? etc. If anyones got a good one, please respond!!

Wow thanks everyone for all the amazing feedback. I will seriously do everything you have told me to do, increase the water,decrease the crap! Amp up the workouts. I'm on it! You all are amazing, and i can't wait to become one of you! Good luck this week and weekend, i'll let you know how my work outs are going as they progress. Thanks again, and if you think of anything else thats helpful PLEASE dont be shy!

Drinks lots of water, don't eat after 6 PM and walk a couple miles a night.
Only way to go!
