How Was Your Day?

I Just spent 15 hours on a wildland fire, got home, shower'd up, went on a structure fire 5 min later, then ran an EMR on a young girl as i enterd my door....it's nice to be home.......

My day?

Well first I slept in late. (had to take in the local ball game and also watch the Packer's last night) Then I went for a bike ride. Decided to check out the Tall Ships event that the city was hosting, decided to drink a couple beers while chatting with my coworkers working the event and couldn't have any. Went back home, sat around the grill for some nice juicy steaks, threw back a couple more beers. (I brought home a couple growlers from some microbrews in the southern part of the state, where I did some touring of the House on the Rock and checked out a very neat cave in SW WI). Played with the dog for a bit, watched a movie, and then decided to check in here...........Ahhh vacation is great.......tomorrow, sleep in, then maybe a motorcycle ride to where ever.

what a weekend... after dinner, back to back structure fires, then the the funniest EMR yet, a stripper poll accident at some club in the next city we had to go to...

fast pace, huh? responses here are limited to 1 fire incident a day on an average, and vehicular accidents involving motorbikes usually during summertime that is in the months of March , April and Jun. For today - nope it's zero response except for an electrical burst at an electrical post but did not prosper into a fire - read, reviewed the report the responding crew submitted , filed it and came home. Coffee with the wife was pleasant -
