hey men need help as you know being in the vollie service you get hand me downs until you get some cash to get new gear. so our chief was able to obtain a grant for new bunker gear my turnouts was almost new when i got them, so i chose to keep them but i got new bunker boots ranger's i do belive, i wore them last nite for a fire call and omg stiff hurt my feet was walking funny, i wanna go back to my ol hand me downs they are already broken in feel good the whole thing you know.

my big ????? is their anything i can do to help break them in faster, being rural vollie dont get much use maybe twice a week mostly i do ems calls so i'm always wearing my station boots, boy if i could only wear them on fire calls. so i could use the help there men any input would help i dont want to offend the chief by wearing the ol hand me downs
