U.S. Fire Administration

The U.S. Fire Administration has announced the official line of duty death of Assistant Fire Chief John Coyle, 63, of the West Pend Oreille Fire District on February 8, 2010.

Fire Chief Coyle passed away from an apparent heart attack while working at the department’s new fire station that is under construction.
