It is with a heavy heart I relay the following information on to FFN. Today while performing traffic control at an accident, fire policeman Donald Mellot was hit and killed by a car. www.lockhaven.com has the initial report and will have further information as it comes about.

It is a sad day when we lose a brother/sister in the line of duty doing what he or she loves to do. My prayers go to his family....and his dept. May God bless him and his family.
