PAPILLION, Neb. - Papillion city officials say they recently discovered that two firefighters gave out the questions and answers on an application test to some recruits.
The discovery means the applications of 166 people are being thrown out.
Fire Chief Bill Bowes says the cheating was discovered after some applicants scored unusually high on a written portion of the test.
The firefighters who gave out the test and answers have not been named. The city has yet to decide how they'll be disciplined.
Bowes say he's not sure how many applicants were involved.
Bowes had wanted to add six paid firefighters to the payroll for a new station. He may now have to wait until January for the new hires.

Throw out the exam results ....give another test and Fire those responsible...they obviously do not have the honor or self respect to be called Firefighters....I wonder if they would want someone who got the job via cheating to be their partner......Hmmm..cheated to get the job...is he/she to be depended on when and if the proverbial human excrement strikes the oscillating blades...? I don't think so.......Stay safe and remember to ALWAYS keep the Faith....Paul
