Tightening Bourkes

Hey Guys! i have a leather new yorker and the bourkes when i received the helmet were loose and floppy. how do i tighten the spring that holds up the shield? Thanks, and be safe!

if they are new send them back... The only way I know how to fix them is to buy new ones hopefully some one eles will know.

i have the same problem on my old one when you bring one down the other stays up
