Any form of rope rescue, SCBA drills (we once had a drill where we were blindfolded, while our SCBAs were disassembled, then in teams of 2, had to reassemble them from being all mixed up with the cylinders, packs, and masks, while still blindfolded. It really makes you think about the construction of the SCBA), ladder training is always good. If there are any abandoned houses in the area, see if you could use them for forcible entry, wall breaching, etc...
