Vegetation Fire, Skyline Incident (Skyline Truck Trail) Jamul. CA San Diego County. Chaparral Fuels roadside possibly vehicle related. Last months June Gloom with deep marine layer from the coast has lifted with a change in weather pattern. Potential to 5 acres (I think greater), Wildland Urban Interface of "Ranchetes". Last significant fire, the Laguna Fire 1970. 39 years of accumulated decadent fuels layer within the shrub community. Light Winds, moderate temperatures, south slope, mid slope road. (All potential challenges) Effecitive Initial Attack diminished risks. CAL FIRE, Rural Fire District of San Diego County (CAL FIRE All Risk Contract), Cleveland National Forest, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Sycuan Indian Reservation Water Tender(Canceled) CA Highway Patrol on unincorporated Roads for traffic, SD County Sheriffs to assist, and me representing our interests, for the threat within 1 mile of our "Mutual Threat Zone" Bureau of Land Management, South Coast Zone. (Kept to 1.5 Acres). Clay
MVA assisted other FD for mutal aid that does not have rescue squad.

No runs with the FD today but at the ER we was drowning! The medics told me that they had 35 runs yesterday thats quite a lot for our county. Hopefully tomorrow in the ER will be quieter if I havent already jinxed us. LOL

to day we had a brush fire , a plane crash, and set up a L-Z for a med-a-vac....
Four car MVA on Friday the 3rd. No serious injuries. Thought that was the start to a busy weekend, but nothing, been quite.
chief, im from maine , and you can take all the rain you want to your area.plus we aint had a call for fire in two weeks , but we're getting 2-3 ems calls a day .
Morning of the 4th responded to a house fire, six occupants died. 2 Adults and 4 children. We removed 5 but they later died at hospitals. Sad scene, 3 other occupants got out including the Mother of 3 children that died.
Yes we CISD ed on the 6th. It was good. The tactical operations went well. I was still second guessing my moves.

Where was this plane crash? What did it have on it? What kind of plane?
