How much is your Fire house utilities' (Gas & Electric) bill? Do you know how to bargain for lower price?

Fire Associations of same county or all the Fire associations of the State can buy electric and gas from third party supplier by competitive bidding process and they can save money on utilities without going through any other hassle.
This is about collective bargain from third supplier of electricity & gas....but all Fire Company association should come together with their monthly consumption and need to do like reverse auction.
