How many junior and explorers think that the senior members just get here to run there mouth and talk bad about us????

Wow, Keegan, did you step in it this time!
While I am sure you mean well, you seem to have the attitude that you have nothing to learn from the senior members you are griping about. Keep in mind that you are an EXPLORER, not a firefighter, and from the looks of your attitude, you won't last a minute in a career company. They just won't put up with your crap. You are there to learn, not to show the world what a loudmouth you are.
I guarantee you, no department will EVER keep you on if you don't make a major shift in your outlook. I know from experience.
If you continue on the way you are going, you will become a safety threat to your partners, and could get yourself killed, just don't take anyone with you, OK? -

If I got word on any of my Cadets or Jr's having any type of attitude and public displays of this sort they would be terminated with out any question. Depending on my mood that day they might be asked to return in a year or two when they decide to mature to give it another shot.

I agree with "damnthing" comment about your attitude. i feel that you have alot of growing up to do . In our department we would not and do not tolerate the type of attitude that you are expressing here. Your department must be proud if all the juniors are like you. When things don't go your way or you disagree with the other members is that your comment "ok whatever pushover" ? If you were smart you would be watching, learning and listening to the well educated senior members. with this discussion you already started i hope that you have learned something by it if not i feel that firefighting is not for you. I also trained juniors and they have turned out to be very good firefighters some had attitudes but not as bad as yours but they always gave the senior fire persons the respect they deserve. If your attitude continues you will never fit into the brotherhood of fire fighters. You should have an open mind and listen to all the comments made for your future, you may not like any or all the comments but they are for your well being.
