Specialized teams work well in big departments when you know who is gonna be there and when. In our department you half to work with what you get on each scene. You will learn who can do what and where they are best used on scenes over time. I believe we do have a good "TEAM" of extracation techs in our department. As far as command teams, out west they have command teams that wiil come out and run some of the bigger fire scenes. We dont have a "TRUCK" per say but we do try to teach every on ventilation and search and rescue operations. The county does have a HAZ-MAT team. keep the ideas comming dude!!!!!!
