I need information and your opinions

I am a Training Officer for a small limited budget department, And I would like your opinions on the laptops you use for your departments and the software you use.
We are looking for a rugged all around laptop that is fast and can handle multiple duties, such as training, preincident planing, maintenance records etc...

yea if ur going to be moble then get the toughbook but if ur going to be in the station get a good dell.
