Do not know if any one has posted this yet but 4 firefighters were injured a week ago in Friendship, NY, 3 of the firefighters have been released from the hospital pending out patient treatment. The fourth Firefighter Thomas Torpey, 29 years old is still in the hospital and has been upgraded to serious condition.
They are requesting cards and letters to try and boost his spirits. This information came from The Secret List @ FirefighterCloseCalls.com. The department is keeping everyone updated at www.cfdsmokeeaters.com.
