ARSON and Fire Fighter Nation!

I was wondering what your thoughts are, or what should happen to anyone on Fire Fighter Nation who is either accused or convicted of arson?

I'm with you Billy. Very different animals- don't confuse the two turk182. Apart from that, can you imagine a member admitting that he/she had been convicted of arson?

And not just American justice. Most of the civilised world is the same. Wait until the Judge says "Guilty".

Web Chief has the right to do whatever he wants.
He owns the site. He establishes the user policies.
If he feels that the arrest of a FFN member has brought shame to him, then he can de-activate his account.
If he feels that innocent until proven guilty exists, then he could wait.
You don't get arrested for arson, based on flimsy evidence.
You will see him tried and convicted.
You can bet on it.

Accused: Wait for the conviction and THEN decide...
Convicted: They get the boot! Plain and simple. Our jobs are to provide fire suppression and life support. NOT set things on fire so we have something to do. Arsonists who are just arsonists are bad enough...and DO get people trapped , and /or killed. Arsonists who are FIREFIGHTERS...come on...think about it.I think that's about the worst kind of person out there , next to people who prey on children.
NO leniency for anyone accused of arson. Period.
