Are there any cops that still do extrication?
Well 20 years ago our extrication was ran by our local sheriff department, then they got tired of the training and the long runs they'd have to make so they gave the extrication tools to use and we ran the county calls, but today we've gotten most of our county departments to get into extrication and they've got their own tools now. But there is still one county south of use where the Sheriff Department still runs the extrication tools and the local fire departments just supply an engine for water.
My question is does anybody else operate this way still or did you in the past.

The Yell County Mounted Patrol run most of the extrication in Yell Co. Arkansas

Thanks for the reply, I was sure there would at least be some that still do. How's it working out by them doing it?
