What Documents do you carry on your Heavy Rescue

I've been given the assignment of compiling useful documents and forms for our heavy rescue unit to carry in a binder. I figure I'll include FEMA USAR forms and all our SOPs for different technical rescue situations, as well as topo maps and pt care forms, but I don't know what else to include. Any suggestions?

We carry a set of manuals (published by Holmatro) that show the air bag and sensor locations for cars equipped with such. Other things to consider include your county's mutual aid, medical mutual aid, disaster and mass casualty incident plans. Telephone directories and perhaps maintenance manuals on the equipment you carry are other ideas.

I don’t know the type of district you cover but a list of confined spaces with their type and inherent dangers. Confined space permits for emergency enteries. Maybe some preset landing zones (Oh excuse me helospots, I have to be NIMS compliant) to areas where good landing zones are few and far between. I am sure I could come up with some more I’ll think a bit on it.

Thanks for all the great ideas. We are in a moderately populated metro area. We are outfitted to respond on structural collapse, trench rescue, confined space, vehicle extrication, surface water rescue, and rope rescue incidents. We don't have hazmat capability on the heavy, but we respond with our hazmat and decon units on confined space rescues. We also supply manpower for large fires and occaisionally are dispatched as the RIC team.
