HELP FROM THE BIG BOYS

Do any of the big fire departments ever help out the small departments with equipment turnouts or other items no longer needed by them ? I have seen some trucks and turnouts being donated before . Just did not know who donated or where they were going .

Yes we've gave lots away from old tenders and tankers to giving an old amkus unit with cutters and spreaders away to our local smaller departments, we'll help in anyway we can. Maybe you can ask your bigger town departments if they have anything for you.
