Normally the union would have no say over the hiring process, Your collective agreement should govern the promotional process

I was curious to see if any others got screwed for promotion because of race,at this time a federal discrimination case is in place,in april the case was ammended to a discrimination case because both the EEOC and DOJ ruled that discrimination did take place.
