Allentown FD Strikes 2nd Alarm For Rowhome Fire - 9.20.15
Mike Nester - As crews were still working on clearing the first fire Allentown Comm Dispatched a box to the 700 Blk of Tilghman for a house fire. Engine 9 arrives with smoke showing from roof and 3rd floor of a middle of the row. As crews stretched in a 2nd alarm was transmitted for fire running the cockloft of the homes. Crews stretched additional lines into the exposure buildings and made a quick knock on the advancing fire having under control in about 30 minutes with no injuries reported.
