Why I Joined Fire/EMS

What could be better than helping others that need your help. I may not get paid a million dollars - but- this job makes you feel like the richest person in the world!!! I am so grateful for being healthy, having a working heart, two legs that work, etc. It keeps me very humble!!

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Health issues, Equipment and the all knowing Political mumbo jumbo. Also, benefits and pay ( these aren't necessarily problems for me, just in general. ( See!!! politically correct!!) haha :o) I know- lame huh?
