I just work and hang out with my kids. I love firefighting. I started when I was 16 in South Jersey and haven't stopped yet. I enjoy just hangin' out with friends and havin' a fun time. I have the best job in the world!!!!!

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Originally, to get out of church. Later on, after getting over my fear of heights and being truly inspired by a particular chief, I just acquired a love for the job.

I love helping people

Top Issues Facing Responders:

We've been killing 100 firefighters a year, give or take a few. Technology has advanced tremendously, but we still can't figure out how to keep ourselves alive to go home after each tour.
