at times some of the older guys/girls in the deptments will get on the younger people. not sticking up for what they might be doing to your son. some times you just have to go with the flow of things and then there is times that you need to call there bluff and let them know how you feel about what they are doing. now i have a question for you? what kind of stuff are they pulling on him? i know at my station we do get on some of the younger ones a little more then some of the others.
