Hey dan glad to hear from you and that you're doing well! I'm great... just graduated from UNC Charlotte w/ my Bachelor's of Science in Fire Safety Engineering Technology so I'm very excited about that... also received a paid internship with a nearby fire department and am enjoying that until I am able to get hired as a paid firefighter... Any advice on how to deal with members who don't want to participate in training when it's provided and gripe about not having training when there is none?
