My Training:: FF1, Hazmat Ops, Wildland (Red Card), Ice rescue, First Responder

Why I Joined Fire/EMS: Two reasons:
1) our local fire department and ambulance crew showed up to help my family and my neighbors a few times when we needed it
2) they recruited my wife first and after "hanging around" the department for a few years I found that it was a lot of really good people and I decided to join myself.

Why I Love Fire/EMS: It's more fun putting out real fires than "fires" at work.

I was in Antarctica back in '00-'01. I only new 1 or 2 of the pilots down there, one was with the Coast Guard. If he was with the Navy then it was probaby back when the Navy was in control of the project. Operation Deep Freeze I think thats what it was called. Anyway, we'll see ya on the big one! This will slow down the reproduction of them and keep at least one web site from using shots that may of unsafe acts. Or if your web site locks them that will be the best way. Good luck. Rob
