Ambulance professional as well as dealing with internal and external third parties who come in contact with traumatic stress situations. Based on more than 20 years of experience and training I offer traumatization consultancy sessions in which we discuss what the impact of such a trauma can have and how to deal with it. In sessions directly after an incident with all parties involved I then have singular sessions with people involved in an attempt to prevent an ASS ( acute stress syndrom) into becoming PTSS ( post traumatic stress syndrom) and in doing so enabling people to remain active on the job, shorten the period of stress related abnormalities or offer means to deal with traumatization in a way that is neccesary on a collegue based level.
I also am a qualified Auditor, and Intervisor.

Well A Frankston boy, If you haven't been back, You wouldn't know the place. Theres hardly any land left to build anymore hoses stretch all the way to Lang Warren, Cranbourne, Carrum Downes. Mt Martha and Mt Elisa you couldn't afford a house for under a Million. I cut my teeth in Frankston when I joined the Peninsula Ambulance Service back in 1977. You and your parents may have lived there then? I then spent time at Dandenong Branch until 1986 when I transferred to the Latrobe Valley (Eastern Victoria) where myself and the family have lived ever since.
well Roy Please keep in touch; Leo
