About Me:

The picture is of my daughter Beth and me from 2004 when she was 2 years old. I have been married for 10 years to my soul mate, Clair. I have two older step-daughters, Sandi age 22 and Carrie age 20. Sandi has a 2 year old daughter, Alexandra Rose, but we call her Rosie. In addition, I have two Sheltie Dogs, Luke and Ben, who were named after Star Wars characters. I actually wanted to name them Worf and Chewbacca, but my wife did not so we compromised. I am an avid Star Wars and Star Trek buff. I also enjoy playing softball and bowling.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

The television show "EMERGENCY" initially inspired me at an early age. It also inspired my father who became a volunteer firefighter in my hometown. I then grew up pratically living at my dad's station.

You never know what you will be doing from one minute to the next
