About Me:

There's not much to say about me. I'm just your average mother of 2 boys. My oldest wants to follow in my footsteps.

I've grown up around Firefighters and EMT's (my grandfather retired from the Greensboro, NC FD). Not just my father and grandfather, but most of my family.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I'm the daughter and granddaughter of EMT/FF. It's what I've always wanted do. Now that my children are older and I have the chance, I've tackled it head-on and I enjoy every minute of it! Now, my oldest son is ready to become 4th generation YAY! He's already tried to rogue my turnout pants to wear to school (they're protective gear, not a fashion statement, son).

Why I Love Fire/EMS

It's hard to explain. It's just something I've always been interested in and loved.
