I've been active in Emergency Service for the past 3 years as a volunteer. They say to each his own, and so it is between me an FireFighting. Tried it a few times, but I just don't get the rush I do for a good/bad EMS call.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I became involved in the local FD when I was 15 because of family involvement, and the pleasure of helping others.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

The exhilaration of helping people when they aren't able to do so themselves.
