Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I joined because I'm huge on respect. A man is made of respect automatically when God created him, so that's why I'm so full of giving respect and getting respect. That's the main reason i joined. I soon realized I had a true heart for the job, pouring my heart into it these first 10 years. Into the training, the guys I work with, taking all I've learned through the fire service and applied it to every aspect of my life. There's no better job.

Commorodory, team efforts, getting a job done that the outsider thinks is impossible.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Job pride, respect of senior men, cities or departments looking more after the money then their own men and their safety. When you cut short, someone gets hurt.
