About Me:

I went to EMT school in Aug, 2003, I became an EMT- basic in Dec. 2003, began working at a private ambulance service in March 2004, went to Paramedic school in Oct. 2005, received my Paramedic license in July 2006, and am currently still working at the private ambulance service as a Paramedic. In Oct. 2007 I started at a Volunteer Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter and a POC paramedic. I am currently in firefighter II academy; working to get FF I and II as well as TRA and Haz-Mat Awareness certs.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I found it to be an interesting career to be a part of. I like the brotherhood and camaraderie of the fire service. To serve the community. When you go to work you don't know what type of calls you might get.

I am always learning something.
