Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I've always wanted to help people. I started out full time on an ambulance, but while doing fire stand-bys, i wanting nothing more than to be on the hoseline going into the house. So I followed that desire and have been having a great time in the fire service for the last 7 and a half years

Why I Love Fire/EMS

The rush of adrenaline when the tones go off and the satisfaction upon return to the station knowing that i helped someone.
